What You’ll Do:Develop and implement sales strategies for your assigned territory to achieve and exceed quotas through effective prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing of sales opportunities.Manage and cultivate a robust sales pipeline to navigate a significant number of strategic transactions through the sales process.Identify and secure new growth opportunities by engaging with large enterprise accounts.Articulate Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex data center design settings.Collaborate and co-sell with partners, distributors, and VARs to drive swift growth.Deliver feedback to Rubrik, Inc. management regarding local market opportunities and the identification of new business prospects and channel partnerships.Experience You’ll Need:10+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in IT Infrastructure and SaaS.Proven success in acquiring net new logos.Demonstrated ability in selling to Enterprise-level companies.Experience in generating new business through self-sourced pipeline development.Familiarity with MEDDPICC as a sales qualification and execution tool.Experience in channel partnerships.A strong drive to succeed and a results-oriented mindset.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will take the lead in driving bookings growth across both new and existing accounts in Melbourne. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is intensely focused on acquiring new clients by identifying and nurturing fresh opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and implementing strategic account plans, while also fostering expansion within our current customer base. The AE is expected to generate pipeline daily and collaborate with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik’s Channel Partners to surpass sales targets.
