Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of high-value accounts with an emphasis on sustainable growth and technical expertise.Oversee the complete sales cycle: from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing new and expansion contracts.Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including Developers, C-level executives, VPs, and engineering leaders, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.Gain a thorough understanding of our product and roadmap to facilitate enterprise adoption of Supabase’s open-source stack.Collaborate across departments with Solutions, Product, and Engineering to facilitate deals and generate long-term value.Implement structure in the enterprise sales process: maintain organized pipelines, document processes in SFDC, and provide accurate forecasts.Convey field feedback to refine GTM strategy and product direction.ExpectationsOperate autonomously, confidently making strategic decisions while seeking assistance when necessary.Emphasize customer value over quick wins, driving urgency without sacrificing trust.Enhance team performance through knowledge-sharing, proactive collaboration, and a results-driven mindset.Possess strong foundational skills in discovery, storytelling, technical alignment, and negotiation.Develop a clear plan and take ownership of your targets.
