Compensation Overview
Base Salary: $150,000 – $175,000
OTE: $300,000 – $350,000 (Uncapped + Significant Equity)
Commission Structure: 50/50 split with aggressive accelerators upon hitting 100% quota
Support Offered: Dedicated Solutions Engineering alignment and SDR outbound support, alongside C-suite involvement during late-stage calls.

Your Mission
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you're not just managing a territory—you’re building a franchise. Utilize your established "Gold Card" relationships with CISOs and VPs of Security to foster high-level business discussions.
Leverage Executive Access: Use your network to unlock doors that remain closed to others.
Strategic Leadership: Navigate complex, six-figure (and seven-figure) sales cycles from discovery through to legal and procurement.
Influence Strategy: Your insights as an early team member will directly shape our go-to-market strategies and product development.
Full Support: Own the strategy while we equip you with the necessary tools and resources, including dedicated Solutions Engineering support.
