As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will take charge of driving bookings growth across both new and existing accounts within your designated region, with a strong emphasis on the enterprise sector. We are searching for a proactive self-starter who is fiercely focused on securing new business by identifying and nurturing fresh opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and implementing comprehensive account strategies, while also expanding our existing customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating a robust pipeline on a daily basis, collaborating with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners to exceed sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales strategies for your assigned territory to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through effective prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing of sales opportunities.
- Develop and oversee a sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of strategic transactions through the sales process.
- Identify and secure new growth opportunities by engaging with a diverse range of mid to large enterprise accounts.
- Present Rubrik solutions within complex data center environments to potential clients.
- Collaborate and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to facilitate rapid growth.
- Provide valuable insights to Rubrik management regarding local market opportunities and the identification of new business ventures and channel partnerships.
