As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will oversee Trustpilot's most intricate Enterprise accounts, characterized by multiple stakeholders. Your role as a strategic architect will be pivotal in enhancing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through thorough identification of untapped opportunities and the implementation of a structured, disciplined commercial strategy. Your influence goes beyond managing renewals; you will foster customer advocacy by demonstrating measurable ROI that extends beyond just the TrustScore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Whitespace Identification: Delve into deep-dive discovery to uncover untapped opportunities across global divisions, product lines, and marketing stacks, driving sustained NRR growth.
- MEDDICC Discipline: Utilize the MEDDICC framework (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion, Competition) in every renewal and expansion opportunity to guarantee forecast accuracy and deal integrity.
- Complex Renewals: Take the lead on multi-year, high-contract-value (ACV) renewals by proactively mitigating risk and aligning Trustpilot’s roadmap with the customer’s long-term digital strategy.
