About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Transformation Lead to partner with our most significant Fortune 100 clients. In this pivotal role, you will not only implement AI solutions but also act as a strategic advisor, guiding large organizations in redefining their operational frameworks to embrace an AI-first approach. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and advanced technology, ensuring the WRITER platform translates into substantial P&L benefits while assisting executives in navigating this transformative landscape.
This is a unique opportunity to craft the blueprint for enterprise AI transformation. Your influence will extend beyond account management, as you facilitate the transition of C-suite executives from initial AI trials to comprehensive value realization. Your insights will shape WRITER's product development and determine how leading brands harness superintelligence to amplify human potential.
This hybrid position is based in our New York City office, reporting directly to the Director of AI Transformation and Success.
What You'll Do
Oversee a portfolio of clients while spearheading ROI initiatives in collaboration with a Customer Success Manager focused on adoption strategies.
Serve as a strategic partner for Fortune 50-100 clients, establishing a clear vision and defining the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework with executive teams to drive AI adoption.
