Qualifications
Responsibilities:Engage in proactive outbound prospecting via email, phone, social media, and sequences to identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs).Qualify incoming leads promptly to evaluate their needs, buying intent, and suitability.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of early-stage opportunities for Account Executives (AEs) or Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).Engage with prospects to comprehend their challenges, pain points, and goals.Deliver tailored value propositions to various buyer personas (e.g., CTO, CMO, CFO, Operations).Arrange high-quality discovery meetings or demonstrations for the sales team.Collaborate with AEs/RSMs to create account strategies and outreach plans.Provide valuable feedback to Marketing regarding lead quality, campaign efficacy, and customer insights.Ensure strong CRM management through accurate and timely activity tracking.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, including booked meetings, qualified opportunities generated, and outreach activities.Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, sales cycle inputs, and pipeline contributions.Continuously enhance messaging and outreach strategies based on performance data.
