Role Overview:
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will take over from our Implementation team, partnering closely with our premier customers to understand their fleet dynamics and specific challenges. You will provide tailored advice on customizing Samsara solutions to meet their unique needs, establishing yourself as a trusted long-term partner.
Your role will be inherently cross-functional, collaborating with teams across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product, granting you a unique perspective on various facets of a rapidly growing company.
This position is fully remote and open to candidates residing in the US, with the exception of those in the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
