As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary value owner and strategic partner for our most complex and high-tier accounts in the Danish market. Transitioning from tactical management to a trusted advisory role, you will ensure that Trustpilot is intricately woven into our customers' long-term business strategies and digital ecosystems.
Your primary objective will be to architect success for your portfolio—from onboarding and adoption to measurable outcomes and customer advocacy—by converting intricate business challenges into quantifiable product value.
