Job Summary:
As the Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will spearhead and nurture a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers (CSMs). CSMs are responsible for enhancing the post-sales customer experience, including:
- Guiding new customers through campaign onboarding and providing support.
- Tracking campaign performance and delivering success metrics during regular business reviews.
- Ensuring customer and revenue retention for your assigned portfolio.
- Coaching and mentoring customer success personnel to meet departmental goals and enhance individual skills.
- Conducting weekly one-on-one meetings, daily coaching sessions, and monthly development workshops.
- Demonstrating a genuine passion for employee growth and success.
- Utilizing interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally and improve processes and tools for team support.
- Exhibiting passion, innovation, and a high standard of results for yourself and your team.
Key Focus Areas:
- Leading a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers managing the post-sales customer lifecycle.
- Coaching your team to present performance results compellingly through data storytelling during business review meetings.
- Building and refining processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction and success outcomes.
