We are in search of an innovative and strategic sales leader to enhance our retail media practice.
The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Sales Director of Retail Media to spearhead our go-to-market strategy and fuel revenue growth across our retail media ecosystem. This role will focus on key platforms such as Amazon Ads (SPA, DSP, AMC), Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart, Criteo, DoorDash, and other emerging Retail Media Networks (RMNs).
Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new enterprise retail business and cultivate strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and partners while promoting Kepler’s comprehensive “Retail 360” approach. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of retail sales operations and retail SEO/content, driven by a passion for viewing retail media as an integrated, full-funnel business driver rather than a mere lower-funnel tactic.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Drive New Business: Oversee the entire sales cycle for enterprise-level retail sales opportunities, from prospecting to contract closure, focusing on high-growth endemic advertisers.
- Build and Monitor Pipeline: Maintain organized documentation of sales forecasts and projections.
- GTM Strategy: Enhance Kepler’s retail media narrative to effectively productize and differentiate our services.
