You will play a key role in our growth strategy by targeting large enterprise accounts and driving the initial stages of high-value deals.

Your mission will be to conduct strategic prospecting, engage multiple stakeholders, and collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to nurture 6-figure deal opportunities. Responsibilities
Strategic Outbound Execution: Lead multi-channel prospecting efforts to Enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees), leveraging personalized emails, phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
Account Research & Mapping: Delve deeply into target organizations to identify key stakeholders, understand organizational structures, and uncover business drivers.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships across various functions and seniority levels to foster internal alignment.
Collaboration with AEs: Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to develop account strategies, synchronize outreach efforts, and facilitate deal orchestration.
Pipeline Contribution: Generate high-quality leads with substantial deal potential (50k+ ACV), prioritizing quality over quantity.
Process & Playbook Optimization: Provide feedback, refine outreach messaging, and contribute to the evolution of our Enterprise prospecting approach as we scale.
Your Profile
Proven Enterprise Outbound Experience: 2-4 years in a high-performance outbound SDR or BDR position, preferably in Enterprise or complex B2B SaaS sales cycles.
Strategic Mindset: You approach accounts strategically rather than just leads, connecting business challenges to value propositions tailored for executive audiences.
Multi-threading Expertise: Ability to engage with stakeholders across various departments and levels of seniority comfortably.
High Drive & Ownership: Self-motivated, organized, and proactive, taking complete ownership of your accounts and pipeline.
