Your Role:
As the Enterprise Sales Director for our EMEA team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth in Switzerland. This individual contributor position requires a self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and nurturing professional relationships with both new and existing accounts.
Qualifying and managing leads from marketing campaigns, ensuring a smooth progression from initial contact to successful closure.
Owning your market territory by establishing trust with partners and fostering strategic alliances.
Consistently generating new business opportunities and exceeding growth targets.
Conducting discovery calls to uncover client needs and advocate appropriate Semperis solutions.
Staying informed about new products and pricing models to effectively advise clients.
