Join Datadog as an Enterprise Sales Engineer and leverage your technical expertise to enhance our sales efforts. In this role, you will facilitate sales presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and support technical evaluations (POVs). Collaborating closely with customers and partners, you will play a crucial role in qualifying and closing opportunities while providing valuable feedback to our product team to prioritize feature development based on market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to effectively communicate Datadog's value proposition, vision, and strategic goals to potential clients.
- Manage technical interactions with clients during the trial phase, ensuring a clear understanding of Datadog's value and resolving any issues to achieve successful outcomes.
- Close complex sales opportunities by demonstrating advanced technical knowledge and competitive awareness.
- Deliver engaging product and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain detailed records and feedback in our CRM system regarding customer engagements, both successes and challenges.
- Proactively engage with customers and internal teams to relay product feedback and insights on the competitive landscape.
