About the Team

Key Responsibilities
Identify and establish long-term strategic partnerships in the semiconductor and electronics industries.
Foster and maintain robust relationships with potential clients, assessing their needs and demonstrating how Voltai's solutions can fulfill them.
Craft and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and fueling company growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Travel periodically to engage with clients and solidify partnerships (typically a few times per quarter).
Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
Required Skillsets
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, particularly in enterprise settings.
Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise deals.
Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients (few times per quarter).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points
Previous experience as a founder with successful enterprise sales.
Familiarity with semiconductor and electronics markets.
