Your Role:
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving UiPath's growth by establishing and nurturing strategic customer relationships. Your goal will be to deliver unparalleled value through our automation solutions. You will identify opportunities within your assigned territories, devise comprehensive account strategies, and consistently meet revenue targets while positioning UiPath as a leader in enterprise automation.
Your Responsibilities:
Create and implement strategic account plans to enhance UiPath's footprint within key enterprise relationships.
Gain a deep understanding of customers' business challenges and pinpoint automation opportunities that yield measurable benefits.
Effectively communicate UiPath's value proposition against competitors through thorough product knowledge.
Foster and sustain relationships with C-level executives, industry influencers, and partners.
Oversee and accurately forecast sales pipelines to consistently meet revenue goals.
Collaborate with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
Promote sales excellence through the disciplined application of sales processes and performance metrics.
Your Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a track record of success in consultative selling.
Demonstrated experience in selling to BFSI segment organizations in both private and public sectors.
Strong capability in managing C-level stakeholders and developing long-term account strategies.
Technical familiarity with automation technologies and principles of digital transformation.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with a highly motivated and energetic personality.
