Role Overview:
Lead in Google, Corporate & Enterprise Sales with a strong Hunter mentality.
Are you an accomplished Sales Leader (w/m/d) with a Hunter’s DNA, experienced in the Enterprise and Corporate segments? We are looking for you to propel our Google Sales Team's success. As an Enterprise Sales Lead (m/w/d), you will drive our expansion efforts, overseeing the entire sales cycle—from acquisition of new clients and active lead generation to strategically expanding critical existing accounts and successfully closing complex large-scale projects in the Professional Services sector (proven deal experience >300K is mandatory).
You will collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and the Google Sales Team to showcase the transformative power of Google products and solutions to our clients. We provide a workspace free from personnel management responsibilities, allowing you to focus solely on actively uncovering new opportunities and achieving success in your pipeline.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Planning & Client Acquisition: Identify and qualify strategic enterprise accounts in the DACH region, developing innovative go-to-market strategies for client acquisition within the Google ecosystem.
High-End Deal Closure: Manage the entire sales cycle, navigate complex tenders, and negotiate contracts at the C-Level to successfully close Professional Services deals.
Trusted Advisor: Cultivate and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, understanding their digital agenda and positioning PCG as the premier partner for cloud transformations.
