The Information Security team at Amartha consists of a diverse group of analytical professionals committed to integrating security and privacy into every phase of our product lifecycle and engineering processes. We take pride in being the security advocates for Amartha’s systems, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture strategy, encompassing policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Design and implement robust security solutions that adhere to best practices and compliance standards.
- Continuously monitor internal and external systems for potential security threats and respond promptly to alerts.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather security requirements and translate them into effective security architectures, ensuring alignment with both business and security objectives.
- Provide expert support and analysis on complex cybersecurity challenges.
- Collaborate with risk management teams to quantify risks and communicate complex information security issues in business terms.
- Stay abreast of industry and technology trends to identify security gaps and convert findings into actionable technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across varying organizational levels.
- Proven experience in deploying and managing endpoint security solutions such as management frameworks and EDR tools.
- Familiarity with public cloud service providers, particularly GCP and AWS.
- Experience with identity and access management frameworks and protocols including SAML, OAUTH, and SCIM.
- Knowledge of email security protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Wazuh, Forcepoint, Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, and the ELK Stack.
