The Role
As an Enterprise Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and securing our internal systems and SaaS infrastructure. You will design, implement, and maintain security tools and policies to protect our corporate infrastructure. Collaborating with teams across the organization, you will establish robust security foundations that enable safe business growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Engineering to facilitate secure onboarding/offboarding and access reviews.
- Enhance and monitor corporate devices (MacOS, Windows, etc.) to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Respond to and remediate internal security incidents and misconfigurations.
- Automate user lifecycle management and maintain SaaS security hygiene wherever feasible.
- Deploy and manage enterprise security tools.
- Refine our vendor management processes.
- Oversee identity and access management (IAM) across SaaS applications, SSO, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with IT and security incident response teams to foster a secure corporate environment.
Your Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT security, endpoint security, or corporate security engineering.
- Proven experience in deploying and configuring security tools and establishing zero-trust environments.
- A practical, automation-focused approach to internal security at scale.
- A hands-on mentality and readiness to adopt multiple roles as needed.
