Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate at MS Mode, each day is an exciting challenge. You will actively engage with customers, providing them with genuine style advice and ensuring they feel comfortable and confident. Your role includes helping customers assemble outfits that not only look great but feel great too. You will also maintain an appealing and organized store environment, from tidying the collection to brainstorming presentation ideas. You won't shy away from unpacking deliveries or managing busy periods at the register. When the shop manager is away, you will seamlessly take on the responsibility to ensure smooth operations.
This position operates under a zero-hour contract, allowing for flexible hours that vary weekly based on the store's needs. Some weeks you may work more, while others less, with your schedule provided in advance. We are specifically looking for someone who can work flexibly during weekends and busy holiday periods.
