ROLE SUMMARY
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will receive comprehensive training on all products and solutions offered to the commercial real estate market. You will collaborate with the sales team to schedule client meetings, prepare proposals, and finalize contracts. Your daily activities will include training, client meetings, and participating in events to network and deepen your industry knowledge. Your ultimate goal as a BDR is to be promoted to a Business Manager, where you will begin to cultivate your own client portfolio.
