Centria Autism is seeking passionate and driven individuals to become Behavior Technicians. In this rewarding role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the lives of children with autism.
Your primary responsibility will involve working one-on-one with children, executing personalized behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will assist in teaching vital communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing disruptive behaviors.
We are looking for compassionate candidates who are dedicated to helping children with autism achieve their maximum potential. This role requires patience, teamwork, and a strong spirit, as children can sometimes be unpredictable. Physical activity is a key component of this position, and you should be comfortable with standing, walking, sitting, lifting, and carrying children or items up to 50 pounds.
