Join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative (ELSR) at Cook’s Pest Control, Inc., where you will embark on a rewarding career in residential and commercial sales. This role serves as a stepping stone towards positions such as Residential Sales Inspector or Commercial Sales Consultant. Your responsibilities will include completing comprehensive training followed by engaging in Door-to-Door (D2D) sales, creative selling techniques, and assisting technicians while generating valuable sales leads. Please note that your work schedule may vary with the seasons and may include some evening hours and Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive D2D sales for residential termite control, pest control, mosquito control, and specialized pest control services.
- Promote C4 commercial pest control, termite control, mosquito control, and specialized pest control services.
- Facilitate “previous owner” Sentricon sales as necessary to support our real estate program.
- Engage in innovative sales initiatives as directed by sales management.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties prior to submitting sales proposals.
- Utilize and maintain assigned sales tools, pre-lists, and additional customer reports effectively.
- Accurately price all services and products according to our company pricing schedules.
- Address customer complaints per company policy and promptly inform management of any issues beyond your authority.
- Assist the Sales Manager or District Manager in recruiting new sales representatives when needed.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of sales equipment and supplies, as well as the company sales vehicle, in line with company guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the district and department.
- Participate in community activities and uphold the obligations of good citizenship.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
