Join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative (ELSR) at Cook’s Pest Control, Inc., where you will embark on an exciting journey in residential and commercial sales. This role serves as a gateway to advancing into positions such as Residential Sales Inspector or Commercial Sales Consultant. Your responsibilities will include thorough training followed by a focus on Door-to-Door (D2D) sales, innovative selling techniques, prospecting calls, supporting technicians, and generating sales leads while engaging in various creative tasks. Flexibility in your work schedule is essential, as hours may vary seasonally and may include some evenings and Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive D2D sales for residential termite control, pest control, mosquito control, and specialized pest control services.
- Generate C4 commercial sales for pest control, termite control, mosquito control, and other specialized services.
- Facilitate “previous owner” Sentricon sales as part of our real estate program.
- Engage in additional sales initiatives as directed by sales management.
- Conduct accurate inspections of properties prior to submitting sales proposals.
- Utilize and maintain assigned sales organizational tools and customer reports.
- Price services and products according to company pricing schedules.
- Handle customer complaints per company policy and promptly inform management of any issues beyond your control.
- Assist the Sales Manager or District Manager in the recruitment of new sales representatives.
- Maintain and care for sales equipment, supplies, and the company vehicle in accordance with company guidelines.
- Uphold company policies and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with district and department personnel, as well as other divisions.
- Participate in community activities as part of your commitment to good citizenship.
- Other duties as assigned.
