In this role, you will be instrumental in producing environmental outputs during various project phases. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff, and managing stakeholder interactions will be key components of your responsibilities. Your contributions will significantly shape environmental assessments, reporting, and necessary approvals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate environmental studies and outputs across diverse project phases and geographical regions.
- Mentor Junior Environmental Scientists and contribute to the preparation of specialist reports.
- Facilitate Public Participation and Stakeholder Engagement processes.
- Draft high-quality Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) reports, leveraging your technical knowledge and specialized inputs.
- Utilize your legislative expertise to identify project triggers and ensure compliance.
- Conduct thorough analyses of environmental data using established methodologies and software tools.
- Ensure that all reporting meets the standards of our clients and relevant authorities.
- Work within budgetary and scheduling constraints with moderate supervision.
- Continuously enhance your technical skills to support project delivery.
- Coordinate with authorities to secure environmental approvals.
- Support client meetings and contribute to the development of technical proposals.
- Engage with AECOM's Global teams.
