The Environmental Specialist role demands a strong focus and the ability to handle tasks with average physical strength and stamina, while maintaining good balance. Candidates must be goal-oriented and capable of leading individual projects. This is primarily a field-based position that involves short-term assignments which require travel and outdoor work in rugged and remote terrains, often under challenging environmental conditions with exposure to various elements such as noise, dust, fumes, wildlife, and diverse flora.
