Join Carole's dynamic team as an Epic Owner (H/F) to lead a significant and challenging project in a demanding industrial environment. In this role, you will oversee EPIC projects and ensure effective governance by organizing meetings, tracking decisions, and managing action plans. As the business representative, you will bridge communication between the project site and the back office.
Project Leadership: Drive the execution of EPIC projects by establishing and facilitating governance structures (meetings, decision tracking, action plans).
Represent business needs effectively between the project site and back-office functions.Monitoring and Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track actions, deadlines, risks, and coordinate various contributors.
Contributing to Digital Projects: Engage in the emergence, framing, and development phases following the MODEX model.
Assist in prioritizing business requirements.Facilitating Business/IT Interactions: Prepare and lead workshops with business teams and the IT department.
Gather and formalize functional requirements and associated deliverables.Collaboration with IT: Process and formalize business requests.
Coordinate communications with all stakeholders.Testing and Deployment: Organize and participate in functional testing.
Become a key user of the solution and support its deployment in production.Data Management, Documentation, and Change Support: Aid in making necessary data available.
Update process documentation.
Support users, ensure buy-in from key stakeholders, and promote best practices.
