EQUIPMENT RELIABILITY ENGINEER - STARLINK
As part of SpaceX, we are utilizing our extensive expertise in rocket and spacecraft engineering to deploy Starlink, the most advanced broadband internet system globally. Starlink represents the largest satellite constellation in existence, delivering fast and reliable internet access to over 4 million users worldwide. Our operations encompass every aspect of the system—from designing and building thousands of satellites to creating user-friendly consumer receivers and integrating software that unites them. We are only beginning to unlock Starlink's immense potential for global connectivity and are seeking top-tier engineers to enhance its impact on communities and businesses worldwide.
The Equipment Reliability Engineer plays a crucial role in identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could disrupt factory or operational processes. As production accelerates, your primary objective will be to maximize asset and system uptime through the implementation of strategic plans designed to reduce production losses, erratic asset performance, and excessive maintenance costs. Additionally, you will act as the lead engineering resource throughout the design, construction, and installation phases of new and modified assets, while also providing technical support to maintenance teams, technicians, and production staff to prevent and address operational challenges involving critical equipment.
