Qualifications

You communicate clearly and take responsibility for the quality of your output, whether in the workshop or on project sites.What you bring:A vocational diploma in a technical fieldOR: no diploma, but demonstrable work experience in maintenance or assemblyDriver's license B and E (or willingness to obtain E)Possession of a VCA certificate and GPI certificate (or willingness to obtain these shortly)Excellent command of the Dutch language in both spoken and written form

You will join the material service team in Leerdam, consisting of 13 colleagues led by a workshop manager who is always available to support you. We maintain equipment for national projects of Strukton Wegen & Beton. The atmosphere is collegial, and while we work hard, we also make time for fun. A social committee organizes an annual BBQ and year-end outing, fostering a strong bond among team members.

About Strukton Wegen & Beton
As an all-round technician at Strukton Wegen & Beton, you ensure that our complete fleet of equipment is always operational. You will work in the workshop in Leerdam and frequently travel to perform tasks on projects across the country. Expect a variety of work and ample opportunities for career growth toward specialization.Your responsibilities will include:Preventive maintenance and repairs on GWW equipment and construction site machinery.Identifying and resolving electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults on-site.Certifying, testing, and reporting repaired equipment.Contributing to improvements in maintenance plans and safety.Documenting completed tasks in our systems.
