The Université de Technologie de Compiègne is seeking a dedicated Erasmus+ Scholarship Manager within the International Relations Department (DRI) to fill a temporary vacancy.
Mission
Oversee the biannual process related to Erasmus+ scholarships for study semesters abroad, collaborating closely with the UTC training departments and the Erasmus+ Agency.
Main Responsibilities
Promote mobility opportunities within the Erasmus+ program by developing communication materials and organizing events, working in close partnership with the outgoing mobility team, the International Partnerships Officer, and the Deputy Director for Development and Attractiveness.
Advise students interested in participating in the Erasmus+ mobility program, track and verify the preparation of their Erasmus+ applications.
Manage the administrative and financial aspects of Erasmus+ applications for UTC students: prior to their departure, during their stay abroad, and upon their return, ensuring compliance with the rules and timelines set by the Erasmus+ program.
Oversee associated digital tools and contribute to reports submitted via the dedicated platform.

Contract Type and Anticipated Start Date
Fixed-term contract for a duration of 6 months, commencing in May 2026.
Monthly Gross Salary
€1,836.20
Working Hours
37 hours and 30 minutes per week, totaling 1,607 hours annually.
Work Environment
The selected candidate will work closely with the Scholarships Coordinator and the Deputy Director of International Relations, under the hierarchical supervision of the Director of International Relations. The goal is to achieve 100% outgoing mobility for UTC students, making European partnerships and mobility opportunities vital for actual mobility as well as growth potential.
The Erasmus+ mobility initiative is viewed in this context, promoting mobility and managing associated scholarships through to the return from mobility.
