As an intern at BLP, you will work at the convergence of business processes, cutting-edge technology, and AI. You will assist in the implementation of our Native-AI-powered ERP automation solutions, gaining firsthand experience in deploying enterprise software at scale.
This internship is not about mere observation; you will take charge of significant projects, contribute to live implementations, and witness the tangible impact of your work.

Location: Zurich (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Assist in ERP automation projects from requirement analysis to deployment
Analyze customer business processes and identify opportunities for automation
Help design and configure customized solutions that align with customer workflows
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address technical and process inquiries
Draft documentation, implementation resources, and customer insights
Assist in customer communications to facilitate seamless project execution
Gather customer feedback and contribute to product and process enhancements
Engage in other assigned tasks to support the project team
