Position Overview
As an Estimator / Parts Manager, your role will involve evaluating vehicle conditions, accurately assessing labor and parts costs, and collaborating closely with technicians, insurance adjusters, and customers to ensure a smooth repair process.
Compensation and Benefits
On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €48,000 annually, which includes a workshop bonus.

Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrated experience as an Autobody Repair Estimator.
Proficient in the Audatex estimating system is essential.
Familiarity with the Autoflow bodyshop management system is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
Valid Class B driving license.
Key Responsibilities
Assess damaged vehicles and identify necessary repairs.
Prepare precise and detailed repair estimates utilizing estimating software (Audatex & BDQ).
Engage with customers to discuss damage, explore repair options, and provide cost estimates.
Coordinate with parts suppliers and technicians to facilitate timely and cost-efficient repairs.
Manage inventory levels and monitor the flow of parts in and out.
Verify the accuracy and quality of received parts.
Handle returns, warranties, and defective parts.
Maintain comprehensive records related to parts and repairs.
