We are looking for a dedicated Event Assistant to join our team at Mercure São Paulo Vila Olímpia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our events. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries personally and via phone regarding event organization.
- Creating commercial proposals in accordance with established standards and following up with clients to confirm events.
- Assisting in event organization by liaising with suppliers and managing all necessary logistics including room setup, equipment testing, and catering schedules.
- Delivering full support to clients during events, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conducting post-event evaluations to assess client satisfaction with services rendered.
- Managing check-in, data entry, and check-out processes for each event.
- Preparing service orders for operational departments.
- Implementing self-control processes and food safety best practices relevant to the area.
- Facilitating communication between contractors and end clients.
- Overseeing room availability in collaboration with supervisors.
- Coordinating restaurant availability for event services.
- Executing additional related tasks as required by the department.
