Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on event requirements and maintain clear communication. Quickly identify and resolve issues while maintaining composure under pressure. Track and manage inventory, ensuring all materials are prepared ahead of events. Requirements3+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or operations, particularly in large-scale environments supporting 1,000+ person events. Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and professionalism in guest-facing situations. Demonstrated ownership with a proactive approach, including the flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as necessary. A technology-forward mindset with a willingness to quickly learn new tools and systems. Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds during event setup and management.
