LEAP First is our global initiative dedicated to cultivating and engaging our community of power users. This program unites a diverse representation of our customer base eager to actively shape the future of LEAP. Members of LEAP First enjoy exclusive access to new products we've developed. Through a variety of platforms including webinars, feedback sessions, and in-person events, members provide invaluable insights that enable our product teams to refine and enhance new tools before their broader release. LEAP First fosters a direct connection between our customers and our product teams, ensuring the voices of real users drive the evolution of LEAP.
Your Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Events Manager to expand and refine the LEAP First program on a global scale. Your primary focus will be on building and engaging our member community while delivering impactful experiences that unite LEAP users. You will spearhead initiatives aimed at growing the LEAP First membership base and orchestrate compelling webinars, seminars, and in-person events that encourage members to connect, learn, and share valuable feedback. The impact of your work will be instrumental in scaling the program from approximately 270 members today to over 7,500 worldwide, establishing LEAP First as a vibrant and influential community of LEAP users.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Growth
- Lead initiatives to expand LEAP First membership globally.
- Design and execute campaigns focused on attracting new members.
- Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities to broaden the program's reach.
- Utilize targeted email marketing and content strategies to drive member acquisition.
Campaign Management
- Implement marketing campaigns through email and partner channels.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to plan and optimize campaigns.
