The Opportunity - Events Coordinator - (Remote – USA)
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to orchestrate memorable events that foster connections between prospects, clients, and partners with our platform. The primary focus of this role will be on in-person events, including happy hours, VIP gatherings, and conferences that not only generate leads but also strengthen client relationships and loyalty.
As a key member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Manager of Events & Partnerships, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Client Operations, and various internal stakeholders to bring events to fruition. You will be the central point for coordinating logistics, overseeing communications, and ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly.

Preference will be given to candidates located in Los Angeles, CA, where the majority of in-person events are held.
What You’ll Do:
In-Person Events
- Coordinate logistics for in-person events, which include catering, A/V, facilities, promotional items, and printed materials.
- Source and manage vendors to support event production needs.
- Attend and support events on-site to ensure smooth execution and address issues as they arise.
