PeopleCert is seeking an enthusiastic Exams Assistant to become a vital member of our Exams Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage incoming emails and requests related to examinations.
- Collect, verify, and process exam applications, ensuring smooth candidate registration.
- Assist with the scheduling of exams to facilitate timely assessments.
- Support the preparation of exam materials, equipment, and logistics to ensure successful delivery at Examination Venues.
- Engage with external partners, including Invigilators and Supervisors, delegating specific tasks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and liaise with other departments to achieve optimal results.
- Adhere to and implement procedures, policies, and work instructions as outlined in PeopleCert’s Integrated Management System.
