In the role of Executive Assistant at Anduril, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within our dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will encompass both internal and external communication, necessitating exceptional attention to detail. You will interact with Anduril’s leadership team and act as a key liaison for customers, vendors, and external executives. Your organizational prowess and ability to prioritize requests will be essential to the success of our team.

- Calendar Management:
- Offer comprehensive calendar support to 2-3 VP-level executives.
- Navigating complex scheduling demands while collaborating with the broader Anduril organization.
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external meetings involving VPs and GMs.
- Plan and manage both domestic and international travel for executives.
- Communications:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
