About the Role
We are on the lookout for a proactive and organized individual for a hybrid role, with responsibilities split evenly between Office Administration (50%) and Executive Assistance (50%). Reporting to the India Country Director, this position demands excellent multitasking abilities and a strong alignment with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to the India Country Director (50%)
- Oversee and coordinate the daily schedule of the India Country Director, efficiently managing multiple priorities across various time zones.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring clear communication of preferences and timely delivery of detailed itineraries and briefing materials.
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports promptly following travel in accordance with organizational policies.
- Maintain discretion while handling sensitive information; ensure accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Develop high-quality meeting briefing materials, incorporating background research on participants and relevant strategic context.
- Attend significant meetings, take comprehensive notes, and proactively follow up on action items.
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as required.
- Conduct basic analysis and synthesize information to support leadership decision-making.
Support for Acumen India Entities (50%)
- Facilitate the smooth operation of the Acumen India office by closely collaborating with managed vendors and IT service providers.
