Your Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment logistics: post job advertisements, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate applications.
- Engage confidently with potential candidates to assess cultural fit.
- Manage leadership calendars, calls, and meeting arrangements (both internal and external).
- Assist in onboarding processes for new hires and clients.
- Ensure internal operations and team communications are organized and efficient.
- Handle administrative duties such as invoice follow-ups, research, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a “force multiplier” for leadership by resolving issues, removing obstacles, and driving projects forward.
