What You Will Be DoingAssist the CEO and leadership team with daily operations related to A1's entry into the Chinese market.Coordinate and implement key initiatives in office setup, recruitment, partnerships, and operational functions.Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders.Facilitate recruitment efforts by liaising with recruiters, agencies, and hiring partners.Manage scheduling for interviews, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.Support communications with vendors, recruiters, and service providers involved in the China setup.Act as a central point of coordination across teams to ensure effective execution of priorities and follow-ups.Handle urgent tasks, ad-hoc requests, and last-minute changes with agility and sound judgment.
