Your responsibilities:Calendar Management: Oversee a busy calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure the Co-CEO is well-prepared for their appointments.Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and local transportation, while preparing detailed itineraries.Meeting Preparation: Assist in gathering and preparing meeting materials and presentations. Track action items and remind the team of upcoming deadlines.Communication Management: Help manage incoming emails and inquiries, prioritizing urgent matters.Expense Management: Organize and submit monthly expense reports accurately and punctually.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the existing support team to ensure seamless information sharing and coverage during office hours.Inbox Management: Assist in organizing and prioritizing incoming emails.Your profile:Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in both German and English (C1 level preferred).Relevant Experience: Some prior experience in office coordination, project management, or as an assistant (internships or 1–2 years of experience are suitable).Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.
