NeoWork is on the lookout for an exceptionally organized and proactive Executive Assistant who possesses extensive knowledge of Go High Level (GHL). This pivotal role involves providing loan processing and underwriting support as well as managing our CRM systems. Ideal candidates will thrive in fast-paced real estate or lending sectors and will be adept at independently managing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and organize loan processing and underwriting activities.
- Manage and enhance the Go High Level CRM to improve lead generation, client interaction, and deal tracking.
- Design and implement basic automations in GHL to boost operational efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide necessary back-office administrative support as required.
- Anticipate business needs and proactively suggest and execute solutions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience using Go High Level.
- Proven background in lending, mortgage, or real estate is essential.
- Strong familiarity with Go High Level CRM (a live screen-share exercise will be conducted to verify expertise).
- Excellent organizational skills paired with proactive communication abilities.
- Self-sufficient problem-solver capable of delivering value independently.
