As the Executive Chef, you will be the creative and operational force behind the hotel's entire culinary offerings. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
- Creating menus that fuse French sophistication with Belgian authenticity, catering to restaurants, bars, conferences, banquets, and room service.
- Ensuring impeccable dish execution, upholding the highest culinary standards and consistency.
- Managing food costs and optimizing operational efficiency, supporting the General Manager to ensure the profitability of the F&B department.
- Ensuring legal compliance with food safety standards, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
- Training and developing your team, nurturing future talents in the luxury hospitality industry.
- Collaborating closely with other departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience across all outlets.
- Championing sustainability, contributing to Accor's commitment to becoming a carbon-neutral company by 2050.
