Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive Concierge (Thurs-Mon, 11am-7pm), you will:
- Lead by example, exemplifying the core values and culture of Bozzuto.
- Coach, mentor, and train fellow members of the resident services team.
- Provide timely assistance to residents and prospects, resolving issues with care.
- Plan and execute engaging events and activities that promote community spirit.
- Enhance brand loyalty and achieve resident retention by ensuring a consistently positive experience.
- Drive excitement through social media engagement and awareness.
- Encourage satisfied residents to share their experiences through online reviews.
- Maintain organized front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
- Work weekends and evenings, as needed for shift coverage.
