Join OpenAI as the Executive, Strategic Global Partnerships & Ecosystem, where you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and expanding our global revenue partner ecosystem. This executive will craft and nurture a premier network of strategic partners, including leading global systems integrators, technology platforms, hyperscalers, services firms, and ecosystem leaders. Your efforts will significantly enhance OpenAI's reach, expedite enterprise and public-sector adoption, and fuel sustainable, long-term revenue growth.
Operating at the crossroads of strategy, revenue generation, product innovation, and external ecosystem leadership, you will not only execute partnership initiatives but also shape OpenAI's global market approach through strategic collaborations. You will identify the most impactful partnerships, determine which alliances can transform OpenAI’s trajectory, and leverage the ecosystem to create lasting competitive advantages.
You will collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, product leaders, and the executive team to ensure partnerships are seamlessly integrated into OpenAI’s go-to-market strategy, product roadmap, and growth vision.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and spearhead OpenAI’s global partnership and ecosystem strategy, acting as a senior advisor to the CRO, CCO, and executive leadership, while representing OpenAI with prominent partners and ecosystem leaders.
Partnership Development: Cultivate and scale deep executive relationships with key global systems integrators, hyperscalers, multinational services firms, and regional partners, establishing transformational partnerships that drive adoption, unlock new markets, and enhance OpenAI’s global presence.
Revenue Enhancement: Propel substantial, scalable revenue through partner-led initiatives, ensuring accountability for the ecosystem's contribution to OpenAI’s long-term revenue model and growth objectives.
Partner Support: Develop a world-class global partner enablement framework, ensuring partners are equipped to confidently sell, deploy, and scale OpenAI solutions in line with technical standards and evolving product offerings.
Operational Leadership: Build and lead a senior, globally distributed partnerships organization, collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to integrate partnerships into OpenAI’s go-to-market and delivery strategies.
