Key Responsibilities:Foster creativity, collaboration, and curiosity within a cross-functional marketing teamConduct research, write, and edit engaging content for both digital and print mediaParticipate in pre-sale brainstorming sessions and collaborate with sales and strategy on proposals, including ideation, talent acquisition, and budget managementOversee program pre-production and development, ensuring creative timelines, video treatments, and article concepts are well-managedLead creative program execution, from pre-production and on-set production to talent interviews and article writing, ensuring quality at every stageCollaborate closely with the talent acquisition team to coordinate campaign logistics and creative participation, including music licensingEnsure comprehensive event content capture is executed seamlesslyAdvise the editorial team on creative elements, timelines, and program structuresIdentify and hire freelance support as needed, processing all related contracts and paymentsSupervise all digital production, including copywriting and publishing of articles and videos via WordPressWork with Project Management to establish timelines and budgets for pre-sale pitchesFacilitate communication across marketing, vendors, clients, and legal teamsManage project documentation such as SOWs and releasesSupervise Assistant Producers and ProducersQualifications:Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a collaborative environmentMinimum of 5 years of writing and producing experience within a major publication, brand, or networkExceptional written, verbal, and organizational skillsProficient in content publishing, particularly using WordPressA strong network of freelance writers, producers, editors, directors, photographers, and stylists
