Role Overview
As the inaugural Talent Researcher at Harvey, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading executive-level sourcing and talent mapping within the organization. Acting as an internal search firm for our high-priority Director+ level searches, you will leverage world-class sourcing methodologies, in-depth market intelligence, and an unwavering focus on identifying and engaging top-tier talent. This foundational role will shape how Harvey develops talent pipelines and proactively maps the market for senior leadership positions. You will be crucial in establishing a best-in-class sourcing function that positions Harvey to attract and secure exceptional candidates in a highly competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Sourcing & Talent Mapping:
Proactive Talent Mapping: Lead comprehensive talent mapping for Director+ level roles, creating detailed market maps that pinpoint target companies, organizational structures, and key talent across relevant functions. Maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for critical and recurring senior hiring needs.
Strategic Sourcing Execution: Serve as the primary sourcer for high-priority executive searches, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies, Boolean search techniques, and multi-channel outreach to identify and engage hard-to-reach candidates.
