About the Role:
Industrious is the fastest-growing flexible workplace platform, supported by CBRE, with a market capitalization of $40 billion and a trajectory aimed at exceeding $1 billion in revenue. We blend premium hospitality, thoughtful design, and real estate innovation to craft extraordinary workplace experiences across more than 65 cities globally.
As we embark on an international scaling journey, introduce new product lines, and enhance profitability, we are in search of an experienced financial and business leader to guide us through this pivotal stage of growth.
We are elevating our finance function with the addition of an Executive Vice President of Finance, a strategic enterprise leader poised to transition into C-suite responsibilities. This role transcends traditional finance operations; it seeks a business builder capable of managing large, complex organizations and influencing the company’s overarching agenda.
The EVP of Finance will collaborate closely with the President and CBRE leadership to oversee financial strategy while also shaping and leading cross-functional initiatives, including new product development, real estate strategy, capital deployment, data and analytics strategy, and other essential operational functions as required.
