YOUR MISSION
As the Expansion Manager, you will operate as a business owner, overseeing growth, operational performance, and marketplace integrity across various cities or regions. You will also lead the recruitment and development of a regional team, which includes account managers and sales executives. This position blends strategic thinking and execution, commercial acumen, operational leadership, and prioritization of city or town launches. Strong judgment, analytical skills, and an ownership mentality are crucial.
YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES:
- Regional P&L Ownership: Propel regional KPIs centered on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction by converting national strategies into localized action plans.
